All teams must compete in one of the following Divisions. We have eliminated the special division category and decided to put them in the main divisions.

Corporate Wellness Challenge
Designed to promote corporate wellness and friendly rivalry, the Corporate Wellness Challenge pits company against company in a unique and zany contest. Teams earn points for their company not only by participating in the event, but also by recruiting volunteers, being earth friendly, supporting race charities, decorating their vehicle, and being the fastest to the finish! All corporate teams are automatically entered in the Corporate Challenge. See the Corporate Challenge Rules and Points System for more information.
Masters
All team members must be at least 40 years old.
Mixed Masters
At least three members of the team must be of each sex and all team members must be at least 40 years old.
Women Masters
All team members must be at least 40 years old and female.
6 Person Team
A team with just 6 members.
Running Club Division
Ever wondered who has the fastest running club around? This division will settle it once and for all. To be eligible for this special division a team must be made up of members of the same running club. (Lincoln Track Club, Topeka Sunflower Striders, Capital Striders… Team Nebraska or other Elite Clubs please sign up under the “2 Car Division").
Academic Division
Awarded to the top team affiliated with a school, college, university, or other center of learning. This can be students, faculty, or both. Hypothesis, the University of Nebraska can whoop up on the other universities in the area (Hypothesis Test will take place on October 11th, 2008)
Armed Forces Division
The top team that is instrumental to the nation's defense and/or safety (Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, private militia, FBI, Police, Firefighters).
Like special divisions, winners of these competitions win prizes and get automatic entries into next year’s Market To Market Relay.
Van Decorating Contest
Put your thinking caps on and use your right brain for once! We want to see your creativity shine by decorating your race van. The winning team will be seriously "hooked up" with prizes. Just remember to keep your van street legal! Check out the Van Decorating Contest Rules for more information.
